Refund and Return Policy
At ed34ever, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since we use print-on-demand services (Printful and Printify), our policy is as follows:
1. Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
2. Size Exchanges & Buyer’s Remorse
Because our products are made to order, we do not typically offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection or buyer’s remorse. Please refer to the size charts provided on each product page before ordering.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at edwardlyounglll@yahoo.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will work with our production partners to get a replacement sent to you as soon as possible.
